About Me: The Power of Connection
From the aisles of my family’s grocery store and packaging plant to the front of a classroom as a Grade 7 teacher, to running a wholesale business and launching passion projects-I’ve spent my life navigating different worlds. And through it all, I’ve discovered my greatest strength: the ability to connect with people-of all ages, all backgrounds, all walks of life.
I grew up in a business where relationships mattered. I learned how to read people, understand their needs, and create trust-all before I even knew what the word “networking” meant. Teaching pushed me even further, challenging me to guide, inspire, and make an impact on young minds during one of the most pivotal times in their lives. Entrepreneurship sharpened my instincts, but it also deepened my appreciation for adaptability, resilience, and the art of building something meaningful.
But life speaks to us in whispers-nudging us toward something deeper, if we’re willing to listen. For the past seven years, after facing some of the most difficult times in my life-moments when I felt like a terrible partner, mother, and business owner, when I was sad, lonely, and confused-I knew something had to change. I began paying close attention to my thoughts, the narratives running through my mind, and how they were affecting my mental and physical well-being. This awareness led me to explore the mind-body connection-I committed to a daily practice to reprogram my mind, embraced new experiences, and educated myself on practices that focused on being present and shifting my energy to attract what was always meant for me. As a result, my relationships transformed, my business flourished, and, most importantly, I stepped into who I truly am.
That journey led me to complete an Advanced Certification as a Teacher of Presence through Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening-a profound experience that deepened my understanding of stillness, awareness, and conscious living. I also practice breathwork and am currently undergoing breathwork certification to use as a tool for transformation, healing, and connection.
Now, everything I do-whether in business, community, or personal growth-is centered around this deeper understanding. I don’t want to wake up one day with regrets, knowing I could have made a difference in someone’s life and didn’t. I believe true success isn’t just about achievement; it’s about presence. It’s about showing up fully, embracing what makes us human, and building relationships that matter.
No matter where you come from or where you're headed, I’m here to connect, to share, and to help create spaces where you can learn, grow, and truly live. You owe it to yourself. You owe it to the people who care for you-to show up fully, embrace your journey, and step into the life you were meant to live.
