Join us for our very first outdoor community event designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner stillness. This immersive 75-minute session includes guided breathwork and gentle movement, curated to help you manage mental overwhelm, release built-up stress, and leave feeling deeply grounded and alive.
Using state-of-the-art audio technology, you’ll be surrounded by the calming voice and healing sounds of a master breathwork guide, allowing you to fully tune inward and experience profound clarity and calm.
Location: An outdoor park space near Yonge and Yorkmills- Location will be sent to registered guests a few days before the event. TTC close by and plenty of parking on hand. Closest washroom is the gas station (for emergencies)
What to bring:
A yoga mat
A cushion or small blanket to sit or rest your head on
Water
If you need a mat or cushion, please send us a note ahead of time—we’ll bring extras.

All ages welcome. No prior experience necessary. Will be rescehduled if weather is not co-operative.
